2-3 weeks APPROXIMATELY from receipt of a written order, signed artwork approval and receipt of deposit. However, if your order is for a specific event please let us know your deadline at the time of order confirmation. Acceptance of your order is subject to sighting of artwork and stock availability at the time of ordering.

Freight is charged at cost additional to your PromoShop® quote.

Getting set up with PromoShop is easy – just select the product you like, design it using our online tools, add it to your cart, and complete the checkout process. If you need help, reach out to our friendly customer service team.

Generally, there is a MOQ for our products, although we are happy to offer flexibility wherever possible.

Our items have different lead times but generally please allow 7-10 business days from artwork approval for delivery of your order. Should you need a rush order let us know and we will quote express delivery.

You can use our free in-house design studio to create custom artwork that meets your needs. If you have existing artwork in the correct format (usually EPS Illustrator) you can easily upload and add it to your cart.

Yes, we will send you a high quality artwork approval form confirming all order details prior to production commencing.

Pre – production samples are available by special arrangement only usually with costs associated.

PromoShop offers shipping within Australia, and select international locations. We offer both standard and express shipping options, and we will provide an estimated delivery date and cost? at checkout.

Yes, we can facilitate delivery to multiple destinations using your nominated carrier or ours. We are also geared to assemble gift packs and event merchandise bags in-house.

 

We recommend the use of a credit card to facilitate rapid fulfilment of your order. We are happy to accept MasterCard and VISA, as well as American Express. Please note, American Express cards will incur a 2.5% surcharge. We also accept payment by EFT. All prices are subject to change without notice.
