Our in-house graphics team can ensure that your logo and design works for your branded product.  Its simple, just provide us with your logo and/or artwork and we will review it to make sure that it meets with the necessary requirements for branding.


When we have given your logo the OK, we will prepare your artwork free of charge and send you a proof for your approval before your order goes into production.


What artwork files do you need to supply to us?


Computer file formats vary, we match the file that is suitable for a specific printing process, this is key to the success of promotional products.


File formats we prefer:


Our preferred format for all graphics files are either:


Text must be converted to outlines.

Placed images need to be either embedded or supplied as separate files.


Spot colour printing Pantone PMS colours (coated) must be quoted.


Other formats we can use:

PDF files can be used depending on originating artwork.

Images must be at minimum 300 dpi.

We will confirm with you on receipt of files if they are acceptable.


BMP, TIFF or JPG files are sometimes possible to use depending on quality.

They can only be accepted for one colour print jobs, full colour print jobs or embroidery.

Minimum resolution is 300 dpi and must be saved at least twice the print size.

Word documents, Publisher, Power Point or any other Office based program are NOT sufficient for finished artwork if needing plastisol transfers.

Word documents can sometimes be used for embroidery jobs depending on the quality of image embedded in the document.



All fonts must be converted to outlines.

If you do not have a graphic designer to provide you with the correct files for your logo we have the facility to redraw logos, fees apply.


What is a set-up cost?


A set-up is the cost associated with the creation of a die, plate, screen, or other fixture that is used in our machines to print your logo on your desired item.


Since each item has a unique imprint area, and imprint methods vary from item to item, it’s necessary to create fixtures for imprints every time you order an item for the first time. Each new fixture requires another setup.
