The Points Shop™
Online Recognition & Rewards Programs

The Brief
A number of major Promoshop® clients requested we develop points-based Reward & Recognition programs based on merchandise rewards, often including corporate or product-branded promotional items as low end prizes building to proven high end merchandise rewards such as travel, golf clubs and plasma TVs.
Most clients wished to have these programs operate online for both staff recognition and B2B rewards programs.
The Execution

The Points Shop™ is a points-based online recognition & rewards program concept that may be customised to any Company or Brand and tailored to any measurable allocation of reward points (e.g. % of sales, bonus points etc). The online component is template-based, using pre-programmed modules to greatly reduce setup costs.
The format works for any points-based program where sales or other factors can be measured and given a value:
- Frequent Buyer Programs
- Sales Incentive Programs
- Bonus Programs
A Points Shop™ can operate totally online or in conjunction with a printed rewards program brochure or booklet plus mail progress points advices if required.

It is our proud boast that out of 12 programs completed over the past 2 years, all have exceeded their budgets. With B2B rewards programs where actual sales have been measured and reported our worst result to date has been +12% over prior period and our best result a massive +107% sales increase over the full period of the program.
