Ramsay Health Care Online Merchandise Range

The Brief
Ramsay Health Care is a global hospital group operating over 100 day care surgery facilities across Australia, the United Kingdom and Indonesia. Because of the history of expansion by acquisition, branded goodwill items initially varied greatly across the group and the selection, distribution and stock maintenance functions of Ramsay-branded items was disjointed.
The brief to Promoshop® was to assist Ramsay marketing in selecting a core range of branded premiums and stock items at different price levels, construct an interactive website where individual hospitals could order from the range and pay online plus operate a centralised ‘back end’ quick turnaround stock distribution and reconciliation function.
The Execution
Promoshop® developed the fully interactive Ramsay Promoshop website with over 50 preselected branded promotional products posted online. Each individual hospital received their own Username and password to access the site and enable them to order promotional products online.

This interactive website receives online orders from RHC hospitals, which are picked and packed, then despatched to hospitals the next day. We utilise the state of the art Waivestar ‘back end’ function ensuring efficient picking, packing, tracked distribution and stock reconciliation; all stages of which are tracked online in real time.
Promoshop® continues to update, source and distribute all branded Ramsay Health Care merchandise, including standard and custom designed items in consultation with the RHC marketing department.
The Result
Successful upgrading of the branded merchandise selection, access and ‘next day’ distribution functions form an integral part of RHC marketing to both member hospitals and patients.
