Promoshop® is a fully interactive online catalogue of Promotional
Products designed for the convenience and ease of use of executives
wanting to browse, access pricing including branding options and costs,
and place orders for premiums, corporate merchandise and gifts either
directly online or via a company order.

1. Find Your Products
Search Box
Type in either a key word or Promoshop® Product Code if known
in the SEARCH Box on the top of the LH transport bar, then click on
GO. The product will then be displayed.
OR A-Z Product Index
The A-Z Product Index enables you to search the Promoshop®
Cataglogue by Sub Category. Simply click on the Sub-Category of choice
to bring up the full product index for that Sub-Category, then click
on the product of choice to display the image and details of that product.
OR Browse By Category
- Product Categories are listed down the LH tool bar which appears
on all pages including the Home Page. Just run your mouse over the
Category list to reveal menus of Sub Categories and click on these
to bring up the products themselves.
- To browse the Catalogue, click on any Category link on the LH transport
bar, then on the Sub-Category of choice on its 'drop down' menu. This
will then display the first page of the promotional merchandise for
that Sub-Category. Scroll down the products, then either click on
the NEXT arrow to go to the next page, or on the page breaks on the
bottom menu to bring up any page. A BACK arrow is also provided to
make it easy to back track.
- For pricing and branding options on any product, just click once
on the product image to explode the image and commence the pricing
and branding calculation as per your requirements.
- Registered Users who have logged on can have the convenience of
book marking their selections for later viewing.
Navigating around the Promoshop®
Site
To return to the Home Page at any time, just click on the Promoshop®
Logo at the LH top of each page. An underlined Home Page link is also
provided at the bottom of each page.

2. Adding Your Logo or
Message
- ‘Printing & Branding’ calculator is provided for
most products. Just click on the Go To Printing & Branding,
enter in your required logo/message details and hit the Save
& Return’ button to add the Printing & Branding
cost to your Promoshop price.
- Some products are priced with printing included in the unit price
and the Setup Charge noted as a separate item. Please remember to
add the Setup Charge to your Promoshopâ price to get the total
cost. Please note that with most printing options a separate Setup
Charge must be added per colour.

3. Generate Your Online
Quote
Once you have costed out your chosen product, quantity, printing & branding
as per 1. and 2. above you can either print out this single quote page
or add this quote to an online quote of multiple quantities and/or
products.
To compile a multiple quote, just work through each desired product and click
on the Add to quote button for each one. You can View
Quote at any time, plus delete any products you wish.
Please note, that your multiple Online Quote is only retained online for that
session and is not saved. To retain the Online Quote you will need to either
print it out or email it to yourself or any other email via the convenient email
template supplied.
4. Place Your Order
Please
note that ALL PROMOSHOP ORDERS MUST EXCEED $1,000 INC GST.

Placing a Promoshop® Order by Company Order
Some companies require an official company order to be generated. Promoshop® makes
this process easier by providing a Company Order Proforma that may
be printed out with all order details including the GST calculation
if applicable. Just click on Print Company Order Proforma and this
will automatically be routed to your printer.
TO ORDER ONLINE:
To place a Promoshop® Order Online as you complete your
quote on each product you may place product orders either individually
or via a shopping trolley for multiple purchases

You will then be asked to type in your Promoshop® Username
and Password prior to proceeding via the online prompts.
New users wishing to order online
will be asked to register as a member of Promoshop® before
being issued with a Username & Password
- To place orders or request samples online, you must first register
your company or organisation details with Promoshop®. You can
do this by filling in the required details then clicking on the Register
Now button at the bottom of the registration page.
- Promoshop® registration has been developed to ensure complete
security and increased efficiency for the ordering process. Corporate
staff, organisation officers, and executives can be assured that
all passwords, company details, protocols, and user information are
fully encrypted. The database is password protected and various other
fail-safe procedures prevent unauthorized entry or viewing of registered
users' information. See our Privacy
Statement for more details.
- When you register you will choose a Username and
a Password. A few minutes later you will receive
an automated Email response which confirms your username and password
and which allocates you a member number. Please write these down
in a safe place. You will need your username and password to the
online ordering facility.
- Login at the Client Login area at the top of the Order
Online page by typing your Username and Password in
the boxes provided. Please enter these exactly as they have been
recorded on your confirmation Email - the facility is case sensitive.
- When you Login, Promoshop® will display your own Home
Page. This is displayed every time you login to the web site from
the Order Online page. When you have logged in you may proceed to
place online orders, request samples, and bookmark selections from
the catalogue.
- You only need register with Promoshop® once. See Your
Password and User Details for information on how to change
your user information.

Ordering Online: After Logging In
Choose whether to place the order in your shopping trolley for review,
or whether to place your order now. If you select 'Add this product
with the above quantity to your shopping trolley', please return to
your Home Page to review the contents of your trolley and to finish
processing your order. If you select 'Order this Product Now' your
order details will be displayed on the next screen. Simply, review
your order, advise a delivery date, upload your logo, select your preferred
payment type, specify your Colour Choice, no of positions and sizes
if applicable in the Any Other Product/Delivery Details field, then
click the Process Order button. If you wish, you may
Email us your logo at a later date.
How to Pay Upon Delivery by Credit Card:
If
you select this as your preferred payment type, please login to your
Home Page when the goods have been delivered and select the order number
from the drop-down menu. Then click the Pay Now button.
After the order has been confirmed on the screen, go back to your Home
Page. The appearance of the transaction in the 'Current Orders' section
of your Home Page is your confirmation that we have received your order.
(Some browsers may require you to click the Refresh button on return
to your Home Page.) We will then confirm the order, prices, set-up
costs for printing & branding, and any other details by Email within
24 hours.
- Prior to placing an order, carefully read our Trading
Terms and Purchase
Conditions.
- Your order information is stored in our fully encrypted system,
which prevents unauthorised access
DELIVERY:
2-3 weeks APPROXIMATELY from receipt of a written order, signed artwork
approval and receipt of deposit. However, if your order is for a
specific event please let us know your deadline at the time of order
confirmation. Delivery is subject to sighting artwork and stock availability
at the time of ordering.
Freight is charged at cost additional to your Promoshop® quote.
ARTWORK:
Artwork must be supplied in a format specified in the below Artwork
Guide. If artwork is not supplied in the correct format, an additional
artwork charge may apply.
TRADING TERMS:
30% deposit prior to production with balance payable prior to dispatch
of goods; unless otherwise arranged.
